Flange: 1", 1-1/2" and 2" flanges in all facings and pressure ratings are standard. Other sizes are available on application. Machined to meet ANSI B16.5 specification, Traceable to Mill Test Reports.
Materials: Flanges and wells made of Carbon Steel (C1018), AISI 304 & AISI 316 are available for quick delivery, a wide variety of other materials are available. Please contact your Alloy sales team to a quote your specification.
Welding: Primary weld is "J" groove type, secondary weld is 45* bevel grove.. Welding is performed by certified welders using inert gas shielded arc.
Lagging Extension: Specify as 260FL or 385FL. Add "T" lagging to 2-1/4" head dimensions
